Mr. V S Krishnamurthy is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a qualified company secretary. He commenced his career with Canara Bank and later moved to Canada where he worked as Accounts Manager for Famous Payers Reality Ltd., Toronto, Canada.

He is associated with the firm since 1994. He possesses extensive knowledge in the fields of company law and accounting both in industry and practise.

Ms Roopashree is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has extensive experience in the fields of finance, accounting, payroll, and MIS reporting, direct and indirect taxation.
She was associated with a leading KPO Company and was responsible for setting up payroll and accounting systems for their Hong Kong and Singapore offices.

The firm is also closely associated with M/s Chalapathy and Srinivas, a leading firm of Advocates and Solicitors in Bangalore, who specialise in property and real estate matters, handling their accounting and taxation matters.
